1936. No. 12.

 

REGULATIONS UNDER THE MEAT EXPORT CONTROL ACT 1935.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Meat Export Control Act 1935.

Meat Export Control (Expenses) Regulations.

Citation.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Meat Export Control (Expenses) Regulations.

Expenses of members.

2.—(1.) Where any member attends a meeting of the Board or of the Committee, as the case may be, he shall be reimbursed the expenses incurred by him in connexion with his attendance at that meeting.

(2.) In this regulation “member” means a member of the Board or of the Executive Committee of the Board or the Beef Committee of the Board, and includes the Chairman of the Board and any deputy of a member of the Board.
