An Act to amend the Meat Export Control Act 1935-1936.

BE it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:—
Short title and citation.
1.—(1.) This Act may be cited as the Meat Export Control Act 1938.
(2.) The Meat Export Control Act 1935–1936,* as amended by this Act, may be cited as the Meat Export Control Act 1935–1938.

2. Section twenty-seven of the Meat Export Control Act 1935–1936 is amended by omitting from sub-section (1.) the words “in the month of July” and inserting in their stead the words “not later than the thirtieth day of September”.
