REGULATION UNDER THE MATERNITY ALLOWANCE ACT 1912.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Maternity Allowance Act 1912 to come into operation forthwith. Such Regulation shall supersede the Provisional Regulation (Statutory Rules 1912, No. 225) under the said Act made on the 20th day of November, One thousand nine hundred and twelve.

All persons now or hereafter authorized to register births under State laws shall be Commonwealth Registrars for the purpose of registering births in connexion with claims under the Maternity Allowance Act 1912.
