I, TANYA PLIBERSEK, Minister for the Environment and Water, have under section 269A of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, made the following recovery plan jointly with the New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and Northern Territory governments:
