1923. No. 44

 

LONDON ACCOUNT REGULATIONS UNDER THE AUDIT ACT

1901-1920.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following amendment of the London Account Regulations under the Audit Act 1901-1920, to come into operation forthwith.

London Account Regulations under the Audit Act 1901-1920.

Regulation 39—

After the word “whatever” add “and there shall be obtained from the Bank a pay-in-slip in duplicate for the amount paid to the credit of the Commonwealth’s Bank Account, on which shall be entered the details of the deposit, viz., amount of each cheque, notes, gold, &c. These details shall be verified by the Bank stamp.”
