Livestock Export Orders No 2 of 1990

 

 

LIVESTOCK EXPORT (MERINO) ORDERS (AMENDMENT)

 

 

I, THE MINISTER FOR PRIMARY INDUSTRIES AND ENERGY, hereby make the following Orders under the Export Control (Orders)

Regulations.

Amendments to Livestock Export (Merino) Orders

 

1. The Livestock Export (Merino) Orders be amended by deleting the definition of “designated export auction” in sub-order 4.1 and substituting a new definition

 

“designated export auction” means an export auction designated as such by the Australian Association of Stud Merino Breeders Ltd, as published prior to the coming into effect of the Livestock Export Orders No 2 of 1990 in respect of the 1990 export ram selling season, or as published prior to the commencement of each subsequent export ram selling season, and subject  to such guidelines determined and published in the “Guidelines and Conditions for Export Sales” by the Australian Association of Stud Merino Breeders Ltd.
