EXPLANATORY STATEMENT
1. Authority for making the instrument. Liquor (University Arts Centre) Statute, s5.
2. Purpose and operation of the instrument. The Order provides for the sale, purchase and consumption of liquor in relation to the building or buildings occupied by the University as an Arts Centre.
3. Documents incorporated in the instrument by reference. None.
4. Consultation process. A consultation process was not necessary as the making of the Order is a requirement under the Statute. The Order was considered and approved by the Council of the University.
