STATUTORY RULES.

1909. No. 112.

 

PROVISIONAL REGULATION UNDER THE SPIRITS ACT 1906.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby certify that, on account of urgency, the following Regulation under the Spirits Act 1906 should come into immediate operation, and make the Regulation to come into operation forthwith as a Provisional Regulation.

Liniments and Veterinary Medicines Manufactured from Methylated Spirits.

Liniments and Veterinary Medicines manufactured from Methylated Spirits must be accompanied by the following description in clear characters in the label—“This preparation contains *...... per cent. by volume of standard Methylated Spirit.”
