REGULATIONS UNDER THE LIGHTHOUSES ACT 1911-1966.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Lighthouses Act 1911-1966.

Amendments of the Lighthouses and Light Dues Regulations†

Lighthouse Advisory Committee.

1. Regulation 5 of the Lighthouses and Light Dues Regulations is amended by inserting in paragraph (i) of sub-regulation (1.), before the word “Territories”, the word “External”.

Fees, travelling allowance and Tares.

2. Regulation 11 of the Lighthouses and Light Dues Regulations is amended by omitting the table in sub-regulation (2a.) and inserting in its stead the following table:—

Meal

Allowance

Breakfast........................................

One dollar

Midday meal.....................................

One dollar ten cents

Evening meal.....................................

One dollar ninety-five cents
