VARIATION TO LICENCE AREA PLAN – Warrnambool Radio –April 2004

The Australian Broadcasting Authority hereby varies the licence area plan (LAP) for radio in the Warrnambool region of Western Victoria, determined in December 2001, under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

The variation comprises a change to the special conditions attached to technical specifications as set out below:

Overview

The Broadcasting Services Act 1992, enacted by the Parliament of Australia, provides a regulatory framework for broadcasting services across the country.
