LICENCE AREA PLAN
REMOTE AND REGIONAL WESTERN AUSTRALIA (TELEVISION)
VARIATION
The Australian Broadcasting Authority under section 29(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992 hereby varies the licence area plan (LAP) for television broadcasting services in the Remote and Regional area of Western Australia, determined on 24 February 1997.
The variation comprises a variation of the licence area of the Remote and Regional commercial television broadcasting service licence SL10048.
The area in which this commercial broadcasting service is to be available is described at attachment 5.1.1 to this instrument. The variation to the licence area comprises the areas represented by Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) collection districts (CDs), Shires (S) and City (C) - WA CD 041601, WA CD 041104, WA CD 041107, Murray (S) and Mandurah (C). These ‘areas’ comprise the overlap of the Perth commercial television licence area and the South South West TV1 (SSW) licence area.
