VARIATION

 

The Australian Broadcasting Authority hereby varies the licence area plan (LAP) for television broadcasting services in the Central Agricultural region of Remote and Regional Western Australia, determined on 21 February 1997 as varied[1], under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

 

This variation comprises the deletion of technical specifications for a national/community television service in the T20 South West and Great Southern area, as set out below:

The Broadcasting Services Act 1992 (BSA) was enacted to regulate the broadcasting services in Australia, aiming to ensure the availability of a diversity of services that cater to the needs and interests of the Australian public.
