VARIATION

The Australian Broadcasting Authority hereby varies the plan for broadcasting services in the Nambour area of Queensland, under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

The variation comprises additional frequencies for the existing commercial radio services designated by the service licence numbers SL10307, SL4184 and SL1150116 as set out below:

Overview

The Broadcasting Services Act 1992 was enacted by the Parliament of Australia to regulate the broadcasting services within Australia.
