This compilation was prepared by the Australian Communications and Media Authority on 1 August 2013 taking into account amendments up to Variation to the Licence Area Plan for Mount Gambier/South East (Television) – No. 1 of 2010.

Licence Area Plan – Mount Gambier/South East

DETERMINATION

 

(1)   The Australian Broadcasting Authority hereby makes this plan for broadcasting services in the Mount Gambier/South East area of South Australia and Victoria, under subsection 26(1) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

 

(2)   One national or community television broadcasting service, two national television broadcasting services and one commercial television broadcasting service are to be available in the Mount Gambier/South East area described at Attachment 1.1 to this Determination with the use of the broadcasting services bands.  The characteristics, including technical specifications, of the services that are to be available in the area described at Attachment 1.1 are set out in the Schedule and Attachments 1.2 - 1.25 to this Determination.
