VARIATION

The Australian Broadcasting Authority hereby varies the licence area plan (LAP) for radio services in the Bendigo area of Victoria, determined on 8 August 1997, under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

The variation comprises a variation of the technical specifications of the community radio service designated by the technical specification numbers TS10007016 and TS10007828 as set out below:

The varied technical specifications now applicable to this service are set out in Schedule Four and Attachments 4.2.1 and 4.3.1 to this instrument.
