VARIATION TO LICENCE AREA PLAN

BATHURST – DECEMBER 2004

As set out below, under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992, the Australian Broadcasting Authority hereby varies the licence area plan (LAP) for radio services in the Bathurst region of NSW, which was determined on 15 May 1997.
