Jurisdiction of Courts Legislation Amendment Act 2002
I, PETER JOHN HOLLINGWORTH, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 2 (1) of the Jurisdiction of Courts Legislation Amendment Act 2002, fix 14 October 2002 as the day on which Schedules 1 and 2 to that Act commence.
