I HEREBY notify that, pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia, I have this day issued a writ for the election of a Member to serve in the House of Representatives for the electoral division of Eden-Monaro in the place of the Hon Dr Mike Kelly AM, resigned.
The following dates have been fixed for the purposes of the by-election:
Close of rolls Thursday, 4 June 2020
Close of nominations Tuesday, 9 June 2020
Date of polling Saturday, 4 July 2020
Return of writ On or before Saturday, 5 September 2020
