Industrial Chemicals (Announcement of Entry into Force of Minamata Convention) Instrument 2022

I, David Gillespie, Minister for Regional Health, under item 1 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Industrial Chemicals (General) Amendment (Minamata Convention on Mercury) Rules 2021, announce that the Minamata Convention on Mercury done at Minamata on 10 October 2013 comes into force for Australia on 7 March 2022.
