The Parliament of Australia enacts:
1 Short title
This Act may be cited as the Indigenous Education (Targeted Assistance) Amendment Act 2010.
2 Commencement
This Act is taken to have commenced on 1 January 2010.
3 Schedule(s)
Each Act that is specified in a Schedule to this Act is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this Act has effect according to its terms.
Schedule 1—Amendments

1 Subsection 14B(1) (table item 2)
Omit “$163,778,000”, substitute “$167,058,000”.
2 Subsection 14B(1) (table item 3)
Omit “$159,559,000”, substitute “$163,703,000”.
