Housing Australia (Observer) Appointment (No. 1) 2025

I, Clare O’Neil, Minister for Housing, Minister for Homelessness and Minister for Cities, under subsection 27(2) of the Housing Australia Act 2018, appoint Kerren Crosthwaite as the observer of the Housing Australia Board, on a part‑time basis, for a period of six months beginning on the day after this instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.
