Housing Australia (Member) Appointment (No. 1) 2025

I, Clare O’Neil, Minister for Housing, Minister for Homelessness and Minister for Cities, under subsection 18(1) of Housing Australia Act 2018, appoint Kenneth Smith as a member of the Housing Australia Board, on a part‑time basis, for a period of five years beginning on the day after the instrument is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.
