The Governor-General is pleased to announce the following appointment in the
Order of Australia:

 

 

HONORARY MEMBER (AM) IN THE MILITARY DIVISION

 

General Mohd ASGHAR Khan bin Goriman Khan, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

For exceptional service in fostering the military relationship between Malaysia and Australia through outstanding personal commitment, strategic vision and leadership.
