STATUTORY RULES.

1935. No. 48.

 

HIGH COURT OF AUSTRALIA.

Rules of Court.*

As of Friday the seventeenth, day of May, 1935.

It is ordered as follows:—

THAT Part I. of the Rules of this Court be amended in the manner hereinafter appearing, that is to say:—

Order LVII. is amended by adding at the end thereof the following Rule:—

(14) All moneys paid into Court whether under Order XXI. or Order XXVIII. or otherwise shall be subject to the order of the Court or a Justice and shall be dealt with pursuant to such order or the Rules of Court and not otherwise and in the meantime shall not be considered as held for or on account or for the use or benefit of any person.
