Victoria - Exemption in Relation to Silage Trailers 2010 Amendment Notice 2017 (No. 1)
1 Purpose
The purpose of this Notice is to temporarily extend the operation of a Notice issued under a former corresponding law for the Heavy Vehicle National Law.
Note: the Exemption in Relation to Silage Trailers was originally due to expire on 10 June 2015, a date that has been subsequently amended. This amendment notice extends the operation of the instrument for a further two years.

This Notice is made under Section 23 of Schedule 1 of the Heavy Vehicle National Law.
3 Period of operation
This Notice commences on the date of publication in the Commonwealth Gazette.
4 Notice amended
This Notice amends the Exemption in Relation to Silage Trailers originally made under the Road Safety Act 1986 (Vic) and published in the Victoria Government Gazette No. S 249 Monday 28 June 2010.
5 Amendment of Date of Expiry
Clause 5, “31 January 2017”
Omit, insert - “31 January 2019”.
