1                      Authorising provision

This Notice is made under Section 117, and Section 23 of Schedule 1, of the Heavy Vehicle National Law.

2                      Purpose

The purpose of this notice is to make minor amendments to the Class 1 Special Purpose Vehicles Notice 2014 published in the New South Wales Government Gazette No 15 of 7 February 2014, at pages 387 to 425.

3                      Commencement

This Notice commences on 3 June 2016.

4                      Expiry

This Notice expires on 6 February 2019.

5                      Amendment of 2014 Notice

(1)         The Class 1 Special Purpose Vehicles Notice 2014 is amended as follows—

(a)          In Table 3 (Overmass limits relating to tyre width) of Part 4 of the Schedule, in column three of the eighth row (‘at least 330mm but less than 356mm’), omit ‘N/A’ and insert 7.5’.

(b)          In Table 3 (Overmass limits relating to tyre width) of Part 4 of the Schedule, in column 3 of the ninth row (‘at least 356mm but less than 381mm’), omit ‘N/A’ and insert8.0’.

(2)         Appendix 2 of the Class 1 Special Purpose Vehicles Notice 2014 is amended as follows—

(a)          In Table 1.2.3 (Limited Access Location: Sydney North) of Part 1 omit –

 

 

M2 Motorway and tunnel from the toll plaza at Macquarie Park to Beecroft Road (MR139).

(b)          In Table 1.2.3 (Limited Access Location: Sydney North) of Part 1 insert –
