New South Wales Class 1 Agricultural Vehicles (Notice) 2015 (No. 1) Amendment Notice 2017 (No. 1)
1 Purpose
The purpose of this Amendment Notice is to;
a) remove a special requirement for mounting warning signs; and
b) remove the requirement to carry a copy of the notice.
2 Authorising Provision(s)
This Notice is made under Section 23 of Schedule 1 of the Heavy Vehicle National Law.
3 Period of operation
This Notice commences on the date of publication in the Commonwealth Gazette.
4 Notice amended
This Notice amends the New South Wales Class 1 Agricultural Vehicles (Notice) 2015.
