1 Authorising provision
This Notice is made under sections 705 and 706 of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HNVL) as applied in each participating jurisdiction.
2 Purpose
The purpose of this Notice is to amend the HVNL Interim Guidelines for Industry Codes of Practice (July 2014).
3 Commencement
This Notice commences on the date of its publication in the Commonwealth Gazette.
4 Title
This Notice may be cited as the HVNL Interim Guidelines for Industry Codes of Practice (July 2014) Amendment Notice 2017 (No. 2).
5 Amendment of Section 5
Section 5, Expiry,
omit, insert — “These guidelines expire on the commencement of Chapter 2 of the Heavy Vehicle National Law and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2016”.
