Guideline for excess dimension agricultural vehicles and agricultural combinations, Form 14
Amendment Notice 2019 (No. 1)
1 Purpose
The purpose of this Notice is to extend the operation of a Notice issued under a former corresponding law for the Heavy Vehicle National Law. Specifically, this Notice extends the operational period of the original Queensland Form 14 so that it will continue in force until revoked and replaced fully by a national notice under the Heavy Vehicle National Law.
2 Authorising Provision(s)
This Notice is made under Section 23 of Schedule 1 of the Heavy Vehicle National Law.
3 Period of operation
This Notice commences on the date of publication in the Commonwealth Gazette.
4 Notice amended
This Notice amends the Guideline for excess dimension agricultural vehicles and agricultural combinations, Form 14, Version 4 published by the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads in October 2013.
5 Clauses amended
Clause 2.0 is amended as follows—
(a) After subclause 2.1, Insert:-
’2.2 The operational period of this instrument is extended to 31 December 2019.’
