REGULATIONS UNDER THE HEALTH INSURANCE ACT 1973-1975.*

Amendments of the Health Insurance Regulations

1. After regulation 2ad of the Health Insurance Regulations the following regulation is inserted:—

Prescribed organizations for the purposes of paragraph 17 (1) (b) of the Act.

“ 2ae. In respect of a professional service rendered to a patient, occupying public ward accommodation in a hospital specified in Schedule 2, the organization having control of that hospital is a prescribed organization for the purposes of paragraph 17 (1) (b) of the Act.”.
