GRANT OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTION LICENCE NT/L1
I, GRAEME ALBERT WATERS, the National Offshore Petroleum Titles Administrator, on behalf of the Commonwealth–Northern Territory Offshore Petroleum Joint Authority hereby give notice pursuant to section 708 of the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006 that life-of-field Petroleum Production Licence NT/L1 has been granted to Santos NA Barossa Pty Ltd, Santos Offshore Pty Ltd and SK E&S Australia Pty Ltd over Graticular Blocks 1492, 1493, 1494, 1563, 1564, 1565, 1566, 1635, 1636 and 1637 of the Map Sheet SC52 (Melville Island), to have effect from and including 3 July 2020.
Petroleum Retention Lease NT/RL5 ceases to be in force upon the grant of Petroleum Production Licence NT/L1 in relation to those blocks comprised within the licence.
