Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006
GRANT OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTION LICENCE AC/L10
I, GRAEME ALBERT WATERS, the National Offshore Petroleum Titles Administrator, on behalf of the Territory of Ashmore and Cartier Islands Offshore Petroleum Joint Authority hereby give notice pursuant to section 708 of the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006 that life-of-field Petroleum Production Licence AC/L10 has been granted to Shell Australia Pty Ltd, SGH Energy WA Pty Ltd and Osaka Gas Crux Pty Ltd over Graticular Blocks 846 and 847 of the Map Sheet SD51 (Brunswick Bay), to have effect from and including 26 May 2022.
Petroleum Retention Lease AC/RL9 ceases to be in force upon the grant of Petroleum Production Licence AC/L10 in relation to those blocks comprised within the licence.
