amended (Amendment)
Export Control Orders No. 5 of 1989
I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR RESOURCES, hereby make the following Orders under the Export Control (Orders) Regulations.

Commencement
1. These Orders shall come into operation in 1 October 1989.
Amendments to Orders
2. The Game, Poultry and Rabbit Meat Orders as amended, are amended by replacing each leaf, the page numbers of which are specified in Column 1 with the attached leaves, the page numbers of which are specified in Column 2.

Procedures to be maintained until advised otherwise
38. The procedures under order 37 shall be maintained until the competent authority in the State or Territory in which the registered establishment is located advises that they may be discontinued or that authority takes control.
Obligations of occupier of registered establishment
39. For the purposes of implementing the procedures under order 37, the occupier of a registered establishment shall have in place arrangements that shall―
(a) ensure that all the procedures can be put into effect without delay;
(b) ensure that all directions given by an authorized officer are implemented without delay;
(c) provide ready access to a telephone;
(d) maintain a system of inventory giving detailed information as to the―
(i) origin of carcases of game animals received;
(ii) origin of prescribed goods and other goods and their location on the establishment;
(iii) destination of prescribed goods and other goods that have left the establishment; and
(iv) destination of carcases of game animals that have left the establishment; and
(e) provide any other assistance or information that an authorised officer requests.
PART 10—EXPORT CERTIFICATION AND TRADE
DESCRIPTIONS
Ante and Post Mortem Certification
40. Where poultry from which poultry meat and poultry meat products are derived, have undergone ante and post mortem inspection, an authorized officer may issue to the occupier of the establishment or the person intending to export the goods, a certificate attesting to the inspection which shall be in writing in a form approved by the Secretary.
Requirements to be complied with
41. A trade description as set out in Column 3 of Schedule 2 to these Orders in relation to prescribed goods of a kind shown in Column 1 of Schedule 2, shall be applied to prescribed goods of that kind.

PART 11—ANCILLARY MEAT INSPECTION SERVICES
Application for inspection services
42. Orders 450A to 450ZE inclusive of the Export Meat Orders as amended as in force from time to time apply to this Part as if any reference in those orders to “inspection services” has the same meaning given to that term by order 43.
Meaning of “inspection services” in Part 11
43. For the purposes of this Part “inspection services” means any inspection services provided in respect of edible game offal, game meat and game meat products.

Design of stamp
The inspection stamp referred to in order 11 for poultry or rabbits that do not comply with paragraphs 10 (a) and (b) but that have been passed for export by an authorised officer shall be in accordance with the following design:
