I, General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Ret’d), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 3 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Amendment (Forum on Food Regulation and Other Measures) Act 2016, fix 30 November 2016 as the day on which Part 2 of Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
