FISH (EXPORT CONTROL) REGULATIONS

Regulations No. 7 of 1984

I,  Raymond Edward Trebilco,  Administrator of Norfolk Island, acting in accordance with the advice of the Executive Council of Norfolk Island, hereby make the following Regulations under the Fish (Export Control) Act 1984.

Short title

 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fish (Export Control) Regulations.

Maximum quantity of fish that may be exported by passengers

 2. The prescribed quantity of fish for the purposes of paragraph 3(3)(a) of the Fish (Export Control) Act 1984 is 8 kilograms of fish of any kind and 6 whole Trumpeter.
