EXPLANATORY STATEMENT

FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) 1988 NO. 16

COSTS

Clauses 1 and 2 amend Order 38 and Schedule 2 of the Family Law Rules to effect a 3.1% increase in fees which may be charged by solicitors for Family Law work.

Clause 3 is a transitional provision.
