Explanatory Statement
Family Law Rules - Order 36A Sub rule 7 (4)
When the Family Law Rules were last amended to provide procedures for the implementation of the Child Support Scheme (Stage 2), an amendment was made to Order 36A rule 7(4) which unintentionally deleted all reference to Registrars as distinct from Judicial Registrars. The previous rule had covered both and current amendment is intended to rectify the omission and ensure the Rule provides procedures for renewing the decisions of both Registrars and Judicial Registrars.
