EXPLANATORY STATEMENT
FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT) 1986 NO. 15
FORMS
Clause 1 provides for a new form of cover sheet for documents lodged with the Family Court.
Clause 2 provides for a short title to be inserted in those prescribed documents in the Schedule which are designated as “short title” documents.
Clause 3 amends Order 25 rule 2 to clarify which form is to be used pursuant to sub-section 15(1) and sub-section 16(2) of the Family Law Act, 1975.
Clause 4 in paragraph:
(a) repeals the prescribed forms nominated;
(b) designates “short title” forms; and
(c) inserts new forms which are so laid out as to readily identify information which is to be keyed in to automatic data processing equipment.
