FAMILY LAW RULES (AMENDMENT)

EXPLANATORY STATEMENT

1988 No. 236

Clauses 1 and 2 amend Order 38 and Schedule 2 of the Family law Rules to effect a 2.1% increase in fees which may be charged by solicitors for work done in Family Law proceedings.

Clause 3 is a transitional provision.
