Family Assistance Legislation Amendment (Child Care Subsidy) Commencement Proclamation 2021
I, General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under items 2 and 3 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Family Assistance Legislation Amendment (Child Care Subsidy) Act 2021, fix 10 December 2021 as the day on which Schedule 1 to that Act commences and 7 March 2022 as the day on which Part 1 of Schedule 2 to that Act commences.
