Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Secure Jobs, Better Pay) (Abolition of the Registered Organisations Commission) Commencement Proclamation 2023
I, General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Secure Jobs, Better Pay) Act 2022, fix 6 March 2023 as the day on which Divisions 1 and 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to that Act commence.
