1 Name of regulations [see Note 1]

  These regulations are the Extradition (Republic of Estonia) Regulations 1999.

2 Commencement [see Note 1]

  These regulations commence on gazettal.

3 Definitions

  In these regulations:

Act means the Extradition Act 1988.

Estonia means the Republic of Estonia.

4 Declaration that Estonia is an extradition country

  Estonia is declared to be an extradition country.
