REGULATION UNDER THE CUSTOMS CHARGES ACT 1901-1963 AND THE

COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) ACT 1905-1950.*

 

 I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901-1963 and the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905-1950.

Amendments of the Exports (Fresh Fruit) Regulations.#

 

Third Schedule —item 1.

The Third Schedule to the Exports (Fresh Fruit) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from the table in sub-paragraph (4.) of paragraph 1 in the second column of item 1 the word and figures—

“Democrat...| 2⅜ - 3⅛ | 2½ - 3¼ | 2¼ - 3½”

and inserting in their stead the word and figures—

“Democrat...| 2½ - 3⅛ | 2½ - 3¼ | 2¼ - 3½”;

(b) by omitting from the table in sub-paragraph (4.) of that paragraph the words and figures—

“Geeveston Fanny...| 2⅜ - 2⅞ | 2½ - 3⅛ | 2¼ - 2⅞”

and inserting in their stead the words and figures—

(c) by omitting from the table in sub-paragraph (5.) of that paragraph the word and figures—
