REGULATION UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901-1975 AND THE COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) ACT 1905-1973.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901-1975 and the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905-1973.

Amendment of the Exports (Dairy Produce) Regulations†

Second Schedule.

Item 5 in the Second Schedule to the Exports (Dairy Produce) Regulations is amended by inserting in the second column, after paragraph 23, the following paragraph:—

“ 23A. Australian semisoft part-skim cheese—

(a) shall contain not more than 50 parts per centum of water; and

(b) shall contain not less than 45 parts per centum but less than 50 parts per centum of milk fat in the water-free substance.”.
