REGULATIONS UNDER THE EXPORT MARKET DEVELOPMENT GRANTS ACT 1974.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Export Market Development Grants Act 1974.

Amendments of the Export Market Development Grants Regulations†
Commencement.
1. Regulations 2 and 3 shall come into operation on 1 July 1976.
Verification of claim.
2. Regulation 5 of the Export Market Development Grants Regulations is amended by omitting the words “, where the amount specified in the claim as the eligible expenditure of the claimant does not exceed $5,000,”.
Repeal of regulation 6.
3. Regulation 6 of the Export Market Development Grants Regulations is repealed.
