I, THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR PRIMARY INDUSTRY, hereby make the following Orders under the Export Control (Orders) Regulations.

Citation

1. These Orders may be cited as the Export Control (Orders Consolidation) Orders.

Consolidation of Prescribed Goods (General) Orders

2. The document printed by the authority of the Commonwealth Government Printer and entitled ‘Commonwealth of Australia, Export Control (Orders) Regulations, Orders No. 1 of 1985, Prescribed Goods (General) Orders’ which comprises, in loose leaf form, the Prescribed Goods (General) Orders (Orders No. 1 of 1985) as amended by the Prescribed Goods (General) Orders (Amendment) (Orders No. 8 of 1985) and the Prescribed Goods (General) Orders (Amendment) (Orders No. 12 of 1985) shall have full force and effect as orders.

Consolidation of Export Meat Orders

3. The document printed by the authority of the Commonwealth Government Printer and entitled ‘Commonwealth of Australia, Export Control (Orders) Regulations, Orders No. 2 of 1985, Export Meat Orders’ which comprises, in loose leaf form, the Export Meat Orders (Orders No. 2 of 1985) as amended by the Export Meat Orders (Amendment) (Orders No. 10 of 1985) shall have full force and effect as orders.

Consolidation of Game, Poultry and Rabbit Meat Orders

4. The document printed by the authority of the Commonwealth Government Printer and entitled ‘Commonwealth of Australia, Export Control (Orders) Regulations, Orders No. 3 of 1985, Game, Poultry and Rabbit Meat Orders’ which comprises, in loose leaf form, the Game, Poultry and Rabbit Meat Orders (Orders No. 3 of 1985) as amended by the Game, Poultry and Rabbit Meat Orders (Amendment) (Orders No. 11 of 1985) shall have full force and effect as orders.

Consolidation of Dairy Produce Orders

5. The document printed by the authority of the Commonwealth Government Printer and entitled ‘Commonwealth of Australia, Export Control (Orders) Regulations, Orders No. 4 of 1985, Dairy Produce Orders’ which comprises, in loose leaf form, the Dairy Produce Orders (Orders No. 4 of 1985) as amended by the Dairy Produce Orders (Amendment) (Orders No. 9 of 1985) shall have full force and effect as orders.

References to Orders

6. Unless the contrary intention appears, a reference in orders to:

(a) the ‘Prescribed Goods (General) Orders as amended’ is a reference to the document described in order 2, as amended from time to time;

(b) the ‘Export Meat Orders as amended’, is a reference to the document described in order 3, as amended from time to time;

(c) the ‘Game, Poultry and Rabbit Meat Orders as amended’, is a reference to the document described in order 4, as amended from time to time; and

(d) the ‘Dairy Produce Orders as amended’, is a reference to the document described in order 5, as amended from time to time.
