EXPIRY OF PETROLEUM EXPLORATION PERMIT WA-408-P
I JENNIFER-LEE MAHER, Delegate of the National Offshore Petroleum Titles Administrator, hereby give notice that Petroleum Exploration Permit WA-408-P held by Total E&P Australia, Santos Offshore Pty Ltd and Murphy Australia WA-408-P Oil Pty Ltd expired on 17 April 2017 in default of the permit conditions.
Grounds for default include:
- Non-compliance with Condition 1 (Work Commitments) and Condition 4 of Petroleum Exploration Permit WA-408-P, specifically the failure to meet the
Permit Year 3 outstanding work program commitment of one (1) exploration well.
