Notification under Section 309(1) –
Related to entering into a Conservation Agreement
The Minister for Environment, Heritage and Water on behalf of the Commonwealth of Australia, entered into a Conservation Agreement for the protection and conservation of areas of State Forest separating the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area from adjoining wood production coupes on 27 August 2013 with the Minister for Energy and Resources (Tasmania) and Forestry Tasmania.
