Related to entering Conservation Agreement under section 305
with MACH Energy Australia Pty Ltd
A delegate of the Minister for the Environment and Water, on behalf of the Commonwealth, entered Conservation Agreement with MACH Energy Australia Pty Ltd on 9 June 2026 that secures over 11, 962 hectares for the protection of the critically endangered White Box – Yellow Box – Blakely’s Red Gum Grassy Woodland and Derived Native Grassland Ecological Community (Box Gum Woodland), Regent Honeyeater, Swift Parrot, and endangered Spotted-tail Quoll and vulnerable Greater-long-eared Bat in NSW.
