Related to entering a Conservation Agreement under section 305
A delegate of the Minister for the Environment and Energy, on behalf of the Commonwealth, entered a Conservation Agreement with the State of Queensland (represented by the Department of Transport and Main Roads and the Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy) and Sunshine Coast Regional Council on 6 June 2018 for the conservation and protection of Lowland rainforest of subtropical Australia at Palmview, Queensland.
